On the bench in weeks

First run ships within 1–2 weeks of label sign-off. Same proven recipes as the sample set, branded as yours. Stocked before your next high season.

Iterate with NZ stories

Once you know what's working, tune the recipe — add the regional botanical that matches your location (Marlborough lavender, Bay of Plenty mānuka, Otago thyme), customise gift-bag inserts.

Body Wash & Hand Wash Base

Sulfate-free, gentle for daily use. Same recipe in minis or refillable wall dispensers.

The mini-bottle by the basin and the larger pump in the shower. Same recipe, different packaging. Designed to lather quickly under cool water and rinse clean.

Base profile: Coco-glucoside + decyl glucoside surfactant system, glycerin and panthenol for hydration. Optional NZ botanical extract for scent and story. pH 5.5. Sulfate-free, paraben-free, biodegradable.

Fast-absorbing, fragrance-options, suits in-room and gift-bag formats.

The lotion next to the bed and the mini in the welcome bag. Lightweight enough guests will actually use it, hydrating enough they'll remember it after they leave.

Base profile: Shea + jojoba emulsion. Glycerin, panthenol and squalane for hydration. Optional NZ botanicals. Lightweight texture, fast-absorbing, no greasy after-feel.

Lip Balm Base

The gift-bag hero. Tiny, useful, pocketable, branded with your logo.

The lowest-friction take-home — a guest opens the gift bag, drops the balm in their bag, and your logo travels home with them. Cheap to produce, high perceived value, repeat-purchase potential.

Base profile: Beeswax + shea butter base. Optional mānuka honey for the NZ story. Vitamin E for shelf life. Light scent. Glides smooth, melts at body temperature.
