In the locker room in days

First run ships within 1–2 weeks of label sign-off. Stock locker-room dispensers AND a small retail shelf at the front desk. Same product, two SKUs.

Iterate when you've got data

After 1–2 months you'll know which products are getting nicked from the locker room (good sign) and which are selling at the front desk. Tweak scent, hold, format. Three rounds included for the second run.

Locker-Room Body Wash

Fast-lather, clean rinse, energising scent. The post-workout shower hero.

The body wash that actually cuts through post-workout salt and stops the bench-press funk in the gym bag at home. Fast lather under cool water, clean rinse, no greasy residue, and a scent that signals "fresh" without arguing with deodorant.

Base profile: Coco-glucoside + lauryl glucoside surfactant blend (foams generously, rinses fast). Glycerin to prevent the post-shower itch. Optional cooling menthol for the "post-class hit." Sulfate-free, biodegradable.

Recovery & Muscle Balm

Magnesium + arnica + menthol. Post-leg-day, post-class, post-everything.

The balm in the gym bag for the day-after-quads-day situation. Magnesium for cramp recovery, arnica for the bruise nobody knows where they got, menthol for the cooling hit that signals "this is working" even when half the effect is placebo (the rest is real).

Base profile: Magnesium oil (10-15%), arnica extract, menthol crystals 2-4%, eucalyptus essential oil. Shea butter + jojoba carrier. Optional capsaicin for warming variant. Cools on contact, sinks in clean.

Active Mineral SPF50

Sweat-resistant zinc oxide. For the outdoor runners, climbers, paddlers.

The sunscreen that doesn't run into eyes mid-rep, isn't reef-toxic for the surf trip, and doesn't leave a chalky white cast on the gym selfie. Built for actual NZ sun and actual NZ sweat.

Base profile: Non-nano zinc oxide 22%. Sweat-resistant film former (40-min water-resistant pathway). Vitamin E. Optional light universal tint to manage white cast. Reef-safe (no avobenzone, oxybenzone, octinoxate).
