Your therapist already touches the client's skin for an hour. The product they used should be the one your client buys at reception — with your spa's name on it, not a distributor's.

Test it before you build it

On shelf in days, not quarters. Our bases are already shelf-ready — we formulate them for our own brands. Run them in your treatment rooms, see what your clients ask to take home, then we customise the recipe with you.

Lower MOQs than your distributor

Start with 5 litres of base — about 40 cream jars or 20 serum/oil bottles. Far below the case-pack minimums brands like Dermalogica, Sothys or Pevonia insist on.

Your spa's brand, your spa's margin

Distributor brands give you a thin retail cut. Your own range — same provenance, same quality — lets you set the price, keep the margin, and own the client relationship. The bottle remembers your spa, not theirs.

Try the bases

Free sample kit ships same-day to next-day — Cleanser, Serum, Recovery Cream and Treatment Oil in unbranded packaging. Use them in your treatment rooms for a week. These are the same bases we make for our own brands, already proven on real skin.

Brand them

Approve your label artwork (we'll design it if you don't have a brand yet). Lock in packaging — frosted-glass dropper bottles, ceramic-feel cream jars, amber oil bottles — and signature scent.

On shelf in days

Your first run ships within 1–2 weeks of label sign-off. Same proven recipes as your sample kit, just under your spa's brand. Stocked at reception before your next month's bookings.

Iterate when you've got data

After 1–2 months on shelf, you'll know which products are flying off reception. Tweak the recipe with us for your second run — fragrance, weight, key actives — based on real client feedback. Three rounds of recipe iteration included for the custom batch.

Daily Cleanser Base

Gentle gel-to-foam. Suits sensitive, dry and combination skin. Sulfate-free.

The first step in every facial and every at-home routine. Lifts SPF, makeup and the day off without stripping the skin barrier — the kind of cleanser your facialist would actually choose, not the harsh foaming wash a distributor would push.

Base profile: Mild surfactant system (coco-glucoside + decyl glucoside). Glycerin and panthenol for hydration. Allantoin for sensitive skin. pH-balanced at 5.5. No sulfates, no parabens, no fragrance unless you add one.

Hydrating Serum Base

Hyaluronic acid + niacinamide. Lightweight, plumping, suits every skin type.

The retail hero. The product clients ask "what's that?" about when they catch a glimpse in the trolley during a facial. Multi-molecular-weight HA pulls moisture into the skin without the tackiness of cheap serums; niacinamide evens tone over weeks of use.

Base profile: Low- mid- and high-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid (penetrating + surface plumping). 5% niacinamide for tone + barrier. Panthenol for soothing. Glycerin for hydration. Light, watery viscosity. No fragrance unless you add one.

Recovery Cream Base

Day or night moisturiser. Restores the barrier, soothes, calms post-treatment skin.

The cream a therapist finishes a facial with — and the one a client wants to keep using at home so the glow doesn't fade. Ceramides + cholesterol for barrier repair, squalane for cushion, allantoin for the calm-after-extraction feeling.

Base profile: Ceramide complex (NP, AP, EOP — barrier identical to skin's own). Cholesterol and fatty acids in clinical 3:1:1 ratio. Squalane for non-greasy emolliency. Allantoin and bisabolol for soothing. Light-to-rich texture options.

Treatment Oil Base

Massage and body oil. Slip-rich, fast-absorbing, fragrance-driven.

The product that turns a treatment room into your treatment room. Therapists move with it, clients smell it on the way out, and a 100 ml retail bottle goes home so they can recreate it in the bath. Signature scent is what makes a spa memorable — this is your sandbox.

Base profile: Sweet almond + jojoba oil base (skin-identical jojoba prevents the greasy after-feel). Optional rosehip, evening primrose or NZ blackcurrant seed oil for skin claims. Vitamin E to extend shelf life. Fragrance-grade essential-oil capacity for signature scent.
